Dear riders, before we hit the road, please take a moment to go through the terms and conditions below for a safe and enjoyable journey ahead.

1. We require a deposit of$300 per customer no later than 30 days prior to the tour departure date. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit is non-refundable.
2. Customers are fully responsible for their own physical and mental health before and during the tour. Vietnam Wild Ride is not liable for any medical issues that may arise during the trip. Any costs related to medical emergencies or health-related incidents must be covered by the customer. Vietnam Wild Ride highly recommends that customers obtain suitable travel insurance before arriving in Vietnam.
3. Customers are required to possess a valid motorbike driving license before joining the tour.
4. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is illegal under Vietnamese law. Cold beer, of course, is an essential part of the adventure—but please wait until you’ve reached the destination for the day!
5. Customers are responsible for their own personal belongings. Vietnam Wild Ride is not responsible for any loss or damage to money or personal items under any circumstances. We highly recommend that you bring your own riding gear. If you are unable to prepare in time, we will provide basic protective gear, such as elbow pads, knee pads, and helmets.
6. Vietnam Wild Ride reserves the right to cancel any tour in the event of serious incidents that affect public safety, such as natural disasters, political instability, or disease outbreaks. In such force majeure cases, customers may choose to reschedule the tour at no extra cost. If full payment has been made and rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a full refund, excluding the deposit, flight tickets, hotel reservations, and any personal expenses not included in the tour package.
7. If a customer chooses to end the tour early for any reason, no refund will be given. However, we will do our best to assist you in returning to the starting point or reaching your preferred destination.
8. In the event that a participant engages in uncontrolled behavior or violates Vietnamese law during the tour, causing safety concerns or negatively affecting the experience of others, Vietnam Wild Ride reserves the right to immediately terminate all services for that individual without any refund.
9. If a customer causes significant damage to the motorbike, he/she will be required to cover the full cost of repairs. Minor damages such as brake/clutch levers, inner tubes, or tires will not be charged.
