What should I pack for the tour?

If you’ve booked a support pickup truck, then what you bring won’t be much of a concern. But if not, we highly recommend packing light — it’ll make your offroad riding experience much more enjoyable.

For a typical 8-day ride, here’s what you’ll need:
· 1 pair of shoes (or sandals)
· 3 T-shirts
· 3 pairs of shorts
· Underwear
· Shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush (since it might be hard to find your preferred brands in remote mountain areas)

You don’t need to bring a towel — all accommodations provide them. If your itinerary includes colder destinations like Sapa or Dong Van, a lightweight jacket is a good idea, especially outside of summer. During summer months, feel free to skip it.

Also, if you rely on any specific medication, be sure to bring it with you, as some types might not be available in remote areas.

In short: If there’s no support vehicle, travel light. A compact setup of around 5–7kg will give you a much better riding experience.
